Project Overview

The Irvine City Council has approved a 220,000-square-foot Asian American History Museum (AAHM) to be built in the Great Park's Cultural Terrace West, featuring 94,000 sq ft of exhibition space, a 125,000 sq ft sculpture garden, a 300-seat auditorium, and an Asian food hall. The project, aimed at celebrating local Asian American heritage, is privately funded and currently in development.
